We added the antivirus upgrade for our hexamailguard LINUX installation.

After I install new license file, restart service and have an error:

Error: Antivirus engine initialization failure

What can we do?

Stop the Hexamail service using

./stop.sh

Then run
./hexamailguard -install

That should install the av engine correctly - you can check the install.log
and antivirus.log in the logs/ folder for the status

Then run

./start.sh
to restart Hexamail
