Professional, reliable and scalable, Hexamail Computer Auditor allows you to audit your company network and obtain information about the hardware and software and optionally, non-compliant files, on each machine. This information is stored in a central database on your network to provide a historic record of changes made to each machine.

		Incredibly easy to use
		Simply define (or import from Active Directory) a list of users who should be audited and click on the "send audits" button.
		Remote information gathering
		It is a simple procedure to retrieve information about the machines in your company. An entire company audit can be achieved without even leaving your desk.
		No client installation needed
		There is no software to install on client machines and the software leaves no footprint. The process runs once and automatically removes itself from the audited system when it has finished. The software can be distributed from a central server or individually via email
		Audit local and remote machines
		Machines do not have to be physically connected to your network to be audited (the client machine only needs to be connected to the internet briefly).
		Comprehensive Reporting abilities
		Administrators can generate tabulated summary reports about machines in the company. You can see at a glance how many licenses are required for each piece of software and well as details about the CPU and amount of memory and available disk space on each machine. All reports can be exported to HTML or printed for permanent archival storage.
		Fully Customizable
		The emails and webpage displayed to the users can be easily customized using templates. Your company branding can easily be added to the audit requests that your users receive. The reports are generated from templates and advanced users can easily modify them to use the corporate look and feel.
		Standard formats used
		The client data is stored as standard XML which can be read by any compatible tools. This means that, if necessary, the data can be further analyzed using any XML compatible tools.
		Wide range of client support
		You can audit every machine across your company from a machine running MS Windows 95 up to Windows Vista.
		Non-compliant searching capability
		You can easily define lists of files which are considered to be non-compliant by management (such as MP3s) and scan your user machines to ensure that they keep to company policy.
		Process Monitoring
		You can return a list of the processes that users have running on their machine at the time of the audit.
		Track changes made to client computers
		Track changes made to the hardware/software on each audited comupter.
