Purchase Orders

Business customers ordering more than $1000 of software can place a purchase order (PO) by faxing, email or post.

Private customers are not eligible for this type of order.

POs should be printed, faxed or emailed directly from your accounting system on company letterhead. All POs must include the following information so that we can expedite your order:

  • The full product name(s) (e.g. "Hexamail Guard Pro")
  • The number of users for which you wish to order
  • The name to which the product should be licensed (Typically your full company name)
  • Your company's billing address
  • Contact name, phone number and fax number
  • The e-mail address for the order confirmation and invoice and, if different, the e-mail address for delivery
  • The currency you would like to order in (if applicable)

You can use our standard online payment system to generate this information for you. Simply choose Purchase Order when asked for your preferred payment method.

If this information is complete, our customer service will be able to process your order without delay.
