Refund Policy

Hexamail encourage you to download and trial out software before purchase to ensure you are entirely happy with the functionality and the operation within your environment. For this reason we do not accept returns or refund claims after purchase.

Private customers

Private individual customers are entitled to a refund on their paid product to Hexamail, only if a refund claim is made within 7 days (up to and including), from the date the payment transaction was made online. In these circumstances, a refund will only be given if the product and it's licenses are completely removed from customers site and returned to Hexamail Ltd. A 5 (GBP) administration fee is charged for any refund transaction given.
